A successful symposium was held at the University of Bristol's Arts Complex on Saturday 22nd April 2023. The event was organised by Natalie Ferris and Greg Thomas as part of their 'Watch Word' endeavours. Stephen Bann and Emily Williams were keynote speakers and Stephen Bann and Bernard Moxham curated an exhibition of Furnivalia. The speakers and abstracts for the symposium are provided below:
